I designed the hands and feet then i decided to redesign the cloak to be a bit more sharper and torn, i do admit though that i believe the proportions are a bit off.
The snake i'm having second thoughts about for a decent character that will fit in with the whole aesthetic of the idea now.
My drawing ability and design of the hero has improved with each step the last of the images i shall explain after the next image.
I was thinking more along the lines with this sidekick, the golden fleece is an important plot device and is an alternative to the hero having a generic curse. After obtaining the fleece from the forest without alerting the dragon, the fleece reveals its personality, a talkative slightly cowardly being that is able if worn as a mask to tranform the wearer into a minotaur of tremendous strength, hence the new drawing of the hero.
